In case you hadn’t noticed…it’s That Time Of Year Again. When supermarket shelves groan with tinsel and turkeys; shops are thronged with mildly panicked shoppers determined to get Christmas Sorted as soon as possible; Christmas Muzak playing ubiquitously and plenty of framing projects on the go. One of the best bits (for us) is we get to take our annual Merry Team Photograph.

Christmas Frame

So Here We Are – Merry Christmas, everybody’s having fun: The cheerful bunch shown here (from left) include Tim (Boss Santa, so to speak) and Framing Elves Laura, Natalie and Piers. Yes, we are usually this jolly, although normally without the hats, we do admit.

We are full of seasonal joys in the run up to 25th December, finishing off the many framing assignments that have come our way in the last weeks. The odd plate of mince pies can be found doing the rounds of the workshops, and although we eschew the Muzak, we don’t mind Uckfield FM’s festive tunes popping up on our digital radio every now and then as we go about our framing tasks. Sometimes the elves even hum along as we prepare ingredients for presenting your artwork to its best advantage.

We’ve had a lovely year with a multitude of different pieces to frame, and although we are looking forward to sending home the last completed job before the break when we close on Christmas Eve Eve (tomorrow) at 1pm, we will be open again on Tuesday 2nd January, and are looking forward to framing any artful Christmas presents you might have received by then, that may be in need a bit of our particular brand of tlc and a bespoke frame to show them off beautifully.
